Home Sleep Care will remind you to change the filter in the back of your machine, and check your Mask Seal.

6 Month Follow up Call/Email

Home Sleep Care will contact you to monitor/review your therapy progress and answer any questions you may have regarding your equipment and/or therapy.

Home Sleep Care will remind you that it is time to replace your filter and the importance of general cleaning of your equipment.

Home Sleep Care will remind you to replace your CPAP supplies, including, mask, tubing, water chamber, filter due to normal wear/tear, and more importantly bacterial build up. This can be mailed out to you (Free Shipping) or we can arrange pick up in our office.

We will help to inform you on what your benefit will cover and can even help arrange billing or submitting your claim.

Yearly Follow up Appointment In Office/Call/Email

Home Sleep Care will perform a complimentary check up of your CPAP unit and all of your equipment to ensure proper pressure delivery and that everything is working properly. (This offer may vary due to COVID-19)

Home Sleep Care can download your unit to make sure everything is going well, and address any issues you may be having with therapy.

Home Sleep Care will perform a clinical evaluation which will be forwarded to your sleep specialist as well as remind you of the importance of keeping your CPAP prescription up to date.
